Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to [put your email] with your order number, a photo of the product, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll make it right by resending the item or offering store credit.

Unopened Returns

If you wish to return an unopened, unused item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
